Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations (Consumer Protection Law 24.240 and complementary provisions), Grand Hotel Río Cuarto offers its guests the right to withdraw their reservations made remotely (by phone, email, or website).
How to exercise the right of repentance
If you wish to cancel your reservation and request a refund, please note the following:
- If the reservation was made through a travel agency or online portal (Booking, Despegar, etc.) , you must manage the request directly with that platform.
- If your reservation was made directly with the hotel , you can initiate the cancellation process by completing the form at the bottom of this page or by sending an email to info@grandhotelriocuarto.com.ar with the following information:
- Reservation number
- Full name of passenger(s)
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Payment method used
- Comments that you consider important to add
Once the request is received, the hotel will assign an order identification code within 24 business hours and inform you of the steps to follow to process the refund.
Terms and conditions
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 calendar days from the date of the reservation.
- If the service begins before this time, cancellation may be made at least 24 hours before check-in time.
- If the stay or service has already been used in whole or in part, there is no right to withdrawal .
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
